RULES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF REPAIR WARRANTY
We provide door-to-door service for product purchased in Poland. Terms of warranty for products purchased in other countries are determined by local distributors. Please contact the shop where you made the purchase to find out about the warranty conditions.
Complaints are made within 14 working days, in special cases, this period may be extended to 30 working days.
To carry out the complaint description of the fault is required, otherwise you may be charged a diagnostic service fee and it will greatly extend the term of the repair/return.
WARNING! Please be sure to include a copy of proof of purchase (receipt / invoice), in case of return of goods must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Refund of the price for the goods is only possible by bank transfer to a designated bank account.
